For close to 15 years, Annick has been dedicated to the development of leadership and management skills. Not only does she design leadership and management development programs, but she facilitates their delivery by leading workshops and coaching managers from junior level to senior leadership. In addition, she assists clients in the design of collaborative and participatory meetings that bring about intended results. Annick is a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for her significant contribution in leadership development. In addition, she was nominated for the President’s Award for the development and implementation of all aspects of a Leadership Assessment Initiative for Employment Equity Groups across the Government of Canada Public Service. She is fluent in both English and French. |
