Wendy O’Connor, PhD

Senior Associate

With over 20 years of experience as a social psychologist, Wendy is recognized for her expertise in executive assessment, leadership, organizational design and effectiveness, transformational change, communication strategy, team building, and human resources management. Wendy is also well apprised of organizational politic and social networking strategies that enable positive changes and benefit both the workplace and the individuals. As a leadership coach, she enables her clients to operationalize their vision and become more effective in dealing with power, politics, and people management. She assists her clients in the development of performance management processes and coaching programs to facilitate the adoption of new behaviors.

Wendy has significant experience in facilitating workshops for both senior management and their teams. She is a co-author of several articles published in well-known psychology journals. She was awarded a Certificate of Merit from Commissioner Murray for her performance on the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Headquarters Alignment Task Force.
