Senior Associate

Over the past 35 years, Carol Anne has held a number of senior management positions where she honed her business, management, and marketing skills. Her competencies include governance, strategic and business planning, human resources and facility management,  financial and operational policies and processes, change management, project management, contract negotiation, and operational and performance monitoring. In addition, she has delivered numerous presentations to senior management and facilitated several workshops to working teams.

In her spare time, Carol Anne trained as a competitive athlete in the sport of fencing, rising to an international level of competitive achievement, including being a member of the national Fencing team, as well as Manager of the Los Angeles Summer Olympic Fencing Team. She is fluent in both English and French.
