With more than 25 years of experience, Louise is an international management consultant, recognized for her expertise in evaluation and results-based management. She is specialized primarily in the evaluation of initiatives related to international cooperation. She has completed evaluation and consulting engagements in more than 35 countries worldwide. Although they covered a variety of sectors, she has frequently conducted evaluations related to governance, civil society, and women empowerment. She also has experience working in fragile area and in advocacy in war situations. Her approach is pragmatic given the results that can be achieved in such contexts. In addition to her consulting work, Louise has always worked for causes related to civil society. She also gave back to others. Victim of severe burns in a car accident in China, she founded Helping Hand for Burn Survivors in 2004, an organization that is dedicated to people for whom fire has dramatically changed their lives. Louise is fluent in English and French. |
